Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficient in CAD software Catia V5.
• Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility.
• Responsible for documentation - OIL, Critical Design Reviews.
• Responsible for CCDR reviews & internal reviews bi-weekly.
• Responsible to visit manufacturing plants as required.
• Knowledge of foam guidelines.
• Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments.
• Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods, build issues.
• Knowledge of complete seat for foam design.
• Responsible for cross-functional collaboration.
• Active participation in 8D analysis.
• Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies.
• Responsible to meet customer's deliverables with effective utilization of team.
• Ensure timely phase wise completion of all PDP deliverables.
• Responsible to create open issue lists.
• Responsible to create 2D & 3D in Catia V5.
• Good communication skills-written and verbal.
• Knowledge of data management best practices

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• 7-10 Year experience
