Our Wholesale Department is looking for an intern to join us. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house in a strategic department by working with its different teams (Merchandising and Business Performance).
Your role will be:
Data framework
- Collaborate with the BP&T Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team
- Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records)
Orders follow-up
- Follow up and reporting of the Inbound planning for all product categories identifying alerts of main deviations vs Plan
- Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations
Business Operations
- Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review
- Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities
- Support the Team in the Partner's reorder requests throughout the season
- Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles
Buying session
- Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool supporting clusters' assignation
- Generate panoramas updates and final quantities report
Others
- Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with Commercial teams, and tracking POs across all Wholesale accounts
