⭐ Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation, supporting campaigns and initiatives that enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and improve overall marketing performance.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, in-app notifications, and other touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the team to segment customer databases and create personalized content tailored to specific audience groups.
- Work closely with design, content, and product teams to align messaging across all channels.
- Help maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in building and optimizing marketing automation workflows.
- Propose ideas for improving customer journeys based on data insights.
- Run A/B tests to identify the most effective messaging, layouts, and strategies for campaigns.
- Conduct market and customer behavior research to understand engagement trends.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new marketing technologies and strategies.
⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Design, Copywritting and basic HTML (for email marketing) skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages, data querying (e.g., SQL, JSON), or API integrations.
