You will have the opportunity to choose the area that interests you most to make this an unforgettable experience, where you will learn in a technological environment alongside the best professionals, working on enriching international projects with the best work atmosphere.

Innovation, technology, digitalization, big data analysis... these are present in many of the solutions we offer to our clients.

The selection process will take place in person in Barcelona in mid-September. It will have a very special theme, where technology and teamwork will be the protagonists.

What will you be able to do?

KPMG has made cybersecurity one of its strategic pillars. Thousands of multidisciplinary professionals integrate and collaborate in our global network, providing services that cover all key aspects.

Cybersecurity involves implementing robust systems capable of acting before, during, and after. Not only to prevent, but also to increase the confidence of clients and the market, minimizing any reputational risk that could have a significant impact on the business.

Having solid cybersecurity systems is no longer an option today. It is a requirement from everyone: consumers, investors, regulators, and society as a whole. And all spheres of the organization must be involved in its management.

The Cybersecurity team focused on Digital Identity works on the management and protection of identities and access within organizations, ensuring that only authorized users access critical systems, applications, and data. Its main functions include the management of users, credentials, and keys, as well as the definition and control of permissions and access to information. Additionally, the team participates in the design and implementation of security policies and processes, ensuring that access is managed efficiently and under principles such as least privilege, thereby contributing to risk reduction and strengthening information protection.

What do you need to know?

  • Academic background: Computer Engineering, Software Development, Telecommunications, or similar. A Master's degree in Cybersecurity is valued.
  • Knowledge of Java or Python programming; or cybersecurity tools such as Sailpoint, ForgeRock, IdentityIQ, or PingIdentity.
  • High level of English.
  • Soft skills: Proactive, autonomous, with initiative, and a problem-solver.

Which profiles can participate?

  • Undergraduate students in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or similar, with an interest in the IT world and new technologies.
  • Ability to sign a 6-month agreement with the university starting from October 2026. Full-time availability is not necessary; we have flexibility so you can balance it with your studies!
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability and diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • And above all, the drive, enthusiasm, and passion to create an impact and improve the world with your work.

If you believe the Tech Program is for you, don't hesitate, we are waiting for you!
