KPMG's Deal Strategy (S&VC) Group is a leader in the Spanish market for transaction-focused strategic advisory. Our work consists of supporting our clients throughout the entire transaction. Initially, by advising them during buy-side due diligence on the market, the company's competitive position, value creation opportunities, or the reasonableness of their strategic plan. Subsequently, by helping them take control of the company, define their strategic plan, manage carve-outs, or integrate the acquired company with other businesses.

The main functions you will perform include:

Generating and interpreting demand analysis, market dynamics, and the competitive situation of companies operating in a wide variety of sectors.
Developing financial models, market projections, and business plans.
Evaluating investment theses, carve-out processes, integration, and performing commercial due diligence.
Conducting interviews at all levels (clients, sector experts, etc.) across different industries.
Coordinating and performing information searches in internal and external sources.
Preparing reports and presenting conclusions to venture capital funds and top-tier companies.

What do you need to know?

2 - 5 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably strategic or financial (Deal Advisory). Experience in business development departments is also valued.
University education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration. A related Master's degree is highly valued.
A very high level of English (C1-C2) is essential. Other languages will be valued.
Availability to travel.
