What will you be doing?

In the Sectors Business Consulting (SBC) team at KPMG Barcelona, you will collaborate on strategic and operational consulting projects focused on improving processes, organization, and systems, as well as driving digital transformation in high-impact entities such as public administrations, hospitals, universities, mobility and transport, economic promotion, the third sector, and private companies. The start date is scheduled for October 2026 at the KPMG Barcelona office.

Our team works to help organizations improve how their processes function and prepare for their next challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and optimizing internal processes to make them more efficient.
  • Designing business strategies and supporting growth and organizational improvement plans.
  • Driving digital transformation by incorporating new technologies and automation.
  • Managing projects linked to European funds and supporting the digitalization of SMEs.
  • Collaborating with entities from public and private sectors, including health, transport, education, and services.

Additionally, you will participate in various projects, such as:

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Currently pursuing a related Master's degree is a plus.
  • High level of Catalan and English.
  • Ability to sign an Internship Agreement for a minimum of 5 months starting from October 2026.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, among others).
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.
