What will you be doing?
- Provide ongoing support for the department's own tasks and functions.
- Organization and logistics (departmental, with clients, and EMA)
- Prepare and present relevant information to management in a clear and timely manner.
- Participation in departmental projects.
- Monitoring office attendance
- Internal and client document management (reviewing formats, inserting signatures, reviewing CGC, ...)
- Control documentation for management signature.
- Manage and transmit relevant information to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing telephone communications.
- Attend to scheduled visits and organize meetings.
- Incident Management (IT, general, SAP, etc.)
- Manage, control, and justify expenses via SAP.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, transfers, hotel bookings, and management of registrations and enrollments.
What do you need to know?
- Professional experience of at least one year in similar roles.
- Education: Vocational training in Secretarial/Executive Assistance or Administration
- Languages: Advanced level of English.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
