What will you be doing?
Within the Funding Services team, we provide services in the areas of financial restructuring, Debt advisory, capital markets, among others.
Our advisory teams consist of professionals specialized in corporate financial restructuring processes, as well as advisory in financing processes (capex; LBO; working capital; project finance, build up; recap; etc.) who have worked for companies in various sectors, both nationally and internationally.
We are currently looking for an Associate who will be responsible for the following functions:

Focus on special situations and corporate transactions (refinancing, restructuring, capitalization, acquisitions) with institutional investors and alternative capital providers
Working directly for a Deal Advisory partner
In conjunction with the rest of the Funding teams (Debt Advisory, infra&energy, real estate, restructuring) as well as the mid-market and FIG teams in corporate finance, and the Value Creation team
Intensive origination and marketing tasks, and execution support

What do you need to know?

Education: Technical Engineering (Industrial, Civil or similar), or a degree in Business Administration / Economics with a Postgraduate degree or Master's
Minimum 4 years of experience in advisory areas for obtaining financing or in financial restructuring processes
Fluent English, ability to work without limitations with non-domestic counterparts and clients, both orally and in writing
High level of communication and origination skills
Proven proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint,...)
Experience in financial modelling will be valued
Ambition and a desire for professional growth

Nuestros equipos de asesoramiento cuentan con la dedicación de profesionales especializados en procesos de reestructuración financiera de sociedades, así como asesoramiento en procesos de financiación (capex; LBO; circulante; project finance, build upo; recap; etc) que han trabajado para empresas de distintos sectores, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Asociado/a que se responsabilizará de las siguientes funciones:

Enfoque en situaciones especiales y transacciones corporativas (refinanciaciones, restructuraciones, capitalizaciones, adquisiciones) con inversores institucionales y proveedores de capital alternativo
Trabajando directamente para un socio de Deal Advisory
En conjunción con el resto de los equipos de Funding (Debt Advisory, infra&energía, real estate, restructuraciones) así como con los equipos de mid-market y FIG en corporate finance, y el equipo de Value Creation
Labores intensivas en originación y marketing, y de apoyo en ejecución

¿Qué necesitas saber?

Formación: Ingeniería Técnica (Industrial, Caminos o similar), o licenciado en ADE / Económicas con Postgrado o Máster
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en áreas de asesoramiento en obtención de financiación o en procesos de restructuración financiera
Ingles fluido, capacidad para trabajar sin limitaciones con contrapartidas y clientes no domésticos tanto a nivel oral como escrito
Nivel alto de capacidad de comunicación y originacion
Competencia probada en MSO suite (Excel, powerpoint,...)
Se valorara experiencia en financial modelling
Ambición y ganas de crecer profesionalmente
