Job Function: Engineering

SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

  • Provide support for engineering resources and activities. Being responsible for general department affairs such as system data management and clerical control etc.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Responsible to build up and maintain the MDM in ERP and PLM system. Including but not limited to BOM, Routing, Scrap Rate.
  • Responsible to issue the weekly Engineering KPI and provide analysis.
  • Responsible for support engineering and material master data management in appropriate ERP /Maximo system operating.
  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
  • Follow J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training.
  • Follow GMP requirements.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

  • A Minimum of associate degree, bachelor's degree is preferred.

SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*

  • A minimum of associate degree.
  • Fluent in English is preferred.
  • GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet analysis, data management.
  • Knowledge of information systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Systems & Documentation Control Systems is preferred.
