Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Solution Alignment & Delivery
· Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs) to identify and clarify their specific business needs and commercial priorities.
· Based on these needs, select and recommend the most suitable digital products and solutions from the Surgery digital portfolio to ensure strategic fit and business relevance.
· Liaise between the Business Unit and central digital product team in critical initiatives such as next generation CRM, SurgBot, customer platform.
· BU-Specific Solution Customization: Where existing solutions do not fully meet BU requirements, design or adapt BU-specific digital initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
· Ensure these solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with both BU goals and the One-Surgery Digital Strategy.
2. Own Execution & BU Activation
· Lead the implementation and activation of digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration into BU workflows and commercial processes.
· Promote adoption and usage of digital tools within sales teams and other key stakeholders through training, communication, and ongoing support.
3. Support Capability Development and Change Management
· Enhance sales team digital usage skills through targeted campaign/training programs
· Support new platform/system launch on internal sales/marketing communication, alignment, change management
4. Partnership with Digital Product Development
· Collect feedback from BU users and stakeholders to assess solution effectiveness, usability, and impact.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
5. Continuous Innovation & Trend Response
· Stay informed of external market dynamics, customer behavior changes, and emerging technology trends.
· Proactively provide recommendations to refine or evolve digital solutions to ensure continued business impact and future readiness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field; Master/MBA degree is preferred
· Proven experience (>7+years) in pharmaceutical/MedTech industries, marketing, digital transformation, commercial excellence, with 3+years on digital experience,
· Strong business acumen with the ability to deeply understand Business strategies, challenges, and growth levers.
· Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, CRM implementation and omnichannel platforms.
· Experience in campaign promotion/ activation to drive digital adoption such as CRM, AI tools customer engagement platforms among marketing and sales.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
· Agile mindset with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning.
· Fluent in English;
