You will work closely with leaders to identify opportunities where automation and technology can simplify processes, unlock new insights, and empower people to make a greater impact.

Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across the business to design and implement initiatives that improve performance and accelerate growth across markets.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, identifying opportunities where automation and intelligent systems can optimize pricing, enhance commercial effectiveness, and support market expansion strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance and workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
- Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs, measure the impact of automation, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with the company's founders and local teams on high-impact projects, helping to deploy and scale AI-powered processes across different markets.
