What will your challenges be?

• Define and deploy the global Trade and Shopper Marketing strategy across all offline channels, translating brand objectives into channel-specific growth plans that enhance shopper engagement, category performance and business results.
• Lead the generation and application of category and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize retail execution and influence commercial and marketing decisions.
• Translate global marketing strategies into channel-specific guidelines, supporting affiliates in adapting and executing them according to local market needs.
• Define and monitor key Trade Marketing KPIs, including visibility, assortment, distribution and execution excellence across markets.
• Partner with affiliates to optimize channel performance, providing strategic guidance on assortment, promotional plans, point-of-sale visibility and retail activations.
• Lead the development and implementation of global point-of-sale standards, materials and tools to enhance shopper experience and brand visibility.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade marketing investments and retail activations, identifying best practices and scaling successful initiatives globally.
• Influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Design and Supply Chain) to ensure successful execution of Trade Marketing initiatives globally.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or Commercial Management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Marketing roles in multinational companies within Dermocosmetics, Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Goods sectors.
• Languages: Fluent English.
• Other: Availability to travel internationally approximately one week per month.
