What are we building?

The success of our customers is our success. We take pride in the relationship we nurture with all of our clients and make sure that they are always fully supported: from early implementation to the day-to-day usage of their new maintenance management platform.

We are strengthening our Customer Care Team to provide excellent support to our customers, always taking their needs into account.

What will you do?

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email (tickets) and chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

  • Investigate technical issues, diagnosing and reporting bugs or product improvement opportunities to the relevant internal teams (especially Product and Engineering)

  • Create and publish support and training articles for our knowledge base

  • Effectively contribute to the achievement of the Customer Care team's goals throughout the internship, while developing interpersonal, technical support, and customer service skills to ensure maximum client satisfaction

Who are we looking for?

  • Eligible candidate for an IEFP Professional Internship (6 months Internship)

  • Academic Background in Languages and Foreign Literatures (level 6 or higher)

  • Experience in Customer Support or similar roles, especially in SaaS/B2B (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive tone and empathy

  • Team player - you'll be interacting regularly with customers, Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams

  • Adaptable, responsible and multitasker

  • Good time management skills

  • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written), English (spoken and written) and Spanish (written)

  • Ready to rock it out 🎸
