Job Summary

We're looking for a Google Ads Expert to take ownership of paid search campaigns and drive measurable growth for a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting-working closely with account managers and clients to deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance
• Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
