This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

This role will be a important lever of finance transformation, finance data management and implementation of end to end processes to lead and execute strategic initiatives within our finance division. The role combines SAP S/4HANA deployment support for finance, the deployment and/or integration of IA in finance processes, and globally the support of the implementation of end-to-end processes. This function will include also internal control, to ensure that key controls and risks are integrated in the processes.

What you will be doing

• Participate in the deployment of SAP S/4HANA currently under roll out in the Horse Powertrain Group

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement complex projects and integrations.

• Support the deployment of Kairos Project and the acceleration of usage of artificial intelligence within Finance

• Automate and innovate across the finance spectrum.

• Ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls.

• Lead change management initiatives and ensure that changes are sustainable in the long term.

• Develop training to finance staff on new processes and systems.

• Collaborate with the wider finance team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.

• Communicate project updates to executive management and to the whole finance function

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in a finance transformation role and project management. Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and other financial technologies.

• Outstanding communication, digital innovation and business transformation skills.

• Strong understanding of best-in-class finance processes and advanced financial modeling skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish, or French would be an advantage.
