Job Description

As the HR Operations Advisor for Be Cool, our national refrigerated courier service, you will proactively manage the entire employee lifecycle for our East Coast (NSW, QLD, ACT) distribution centre's blue-collar workforce. You'll be the vital link between the business and our team, ensuring smooth operations from workforce planning and recruitment to accurate payroll and employee relations.

This role is based in Eastern Creek and reporting to Head of HR Operations

On this team you will...

• Support efficient workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal staffing levels across all operations.
• Administer accurate and timely payroll processing through diligent timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a key liaison with staffing agencies and managing essential compliance checks.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and supporting timely reporting.
• Coach managers on Level 1 Employee relations issues, including the drafting of disciplinary documentation and resolution of HR cases.
• Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and maintaining certification records in a blue collar environment.

You have/are...

• Proven experience in office management, HR administration, or workforce coordination (preferably in a warehousing, logistics, or production setting).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering systems (e.g.,  Desirable ADP, Workday, Vsure, Linksafe).

• Exceptional with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator, able to build rapport across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Demonstrably able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Proactive in your problem-solving and adaptable to changing operational needs.
