Your responsibilities would include:

acting decisively and engage effectively with key stakeholders
partnering effectively with external customers and internal supply chain organization, customer service and supply planning organization with focus on increased value and benefit realization
being the primary day-to-day contact with carriers, specifically around issues and exception management
communicating with customer sites about changes in deliveries (two-way)
assisting the OpCo customer services with special requests for time definite deliveries and/or shipment-based transport selections
executing daily transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
managing any unrouteable issue during the optimization process within the timelines expected
managing booking and execution of transportation loads
monitoring status updates from carriers (in-transit, appointment, delivered etc.) and proactively communicate and resolve transportation exceptions
continuously seeking out opportunities to improve current processes
proactive advising about improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes, simulation of new scenarios
working in shift mode (8 AM-8 PM, 8-hour shifts).

You are a good candidate if you have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
excellent written and verbal English
understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes and business policies
ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities
professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

university degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
good understanding/experience with OTM
experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
FMCG/AlcoBev industry experience
excellent written and verbal Portuguese/ Serbian/ Hungarian
proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
