As a Technology Specialist - Edge Cloud, you will be part of the Cloud & Hosting product team, which delivers secure, scalable, and high-performance edge computing capabilities across HEINEKEN's global footprint. You will help enable real-time data processing and low-latency applications at the edge, supporting critical business operations in breweries, logistics, and commercial environments. The ideal person is a business analyst on the functional side who understands Cloud technology and Cloud infrastructure, and can help provide improvements to our OpCos using cloud and cost optimization opportunities.
This role combines technical expertise with business analysis to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of HEINEKEN's Edge Cloud services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with global standards.

Your responsibilities would include:

driving the development and operations of HEINEKEN's Global Edge Cloud product in collaboration with outsourced partners
capturing stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and backlog items
being a part of a team that is designing, implementing, and managing edge cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, AWS, Aviatrix, and Fortinet technologies
ensuring operational services are reliable, secure, and compliant with HEINEKEN's frameworks and guidelines
supporting the Product Owner and Domain Architect in translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
monitoring and optimizing the performance, availability, and cost-efficiency of edge environments
proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the end-to-end value delivery
staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in edge computing and hybrid cloud.

You are a good candidate if you have:

7-10 years of experience in projects connected to cloud and/or network environments
strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams
experience with outsourced managed services, and ITIL-based operations
work with multi-cloud network architectures and edge computing platforms
ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
fluent English, both written and spoken
ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, value-driven narrative
customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of internal stakeholder needs
strong storytelling and visual communication skills to convey technical solutions
excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
proactive, curious, and committed attitude to continuous learning and development.
