Your responsibilities would include:

being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution functions for all Operating Companies within his/her specific cluster. Acting decisively and engage effectively with key stakeholders
partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning organization
being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the OpCo side
managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a continuous basis
liaising with Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of operational and system improvements
evaluating cluster operational planning performance
reviewing and ensuring shipments have been successfully planned and successfully delivered
overseeing daily execution of transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on transportation planners' inputs, together with CI/CPI team.

You are a good candidate if you have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
strong experience in logistics operation management (5 to 10 years)
experience in team management
experience in transport operation (5 years)
LSP Management experience
stakeholders management : different type of profile (from CS agent to Supply Chin Director) and different culture
capability to shape the team and his organization
capability to influence the organization out of the team
strong skills of collaboration
very good stress resistance
fluent English.
