Your responsibilities would include:
driving project governance for global Connected Brewery deployments across regions
planning and orchestrating global deployments, ensuring on-time-in-full (OTIF) execution
executing portfolio governance including prioritization, benefit tracking, and capacity planning
coordinating roles, responsibilities, and dependencies across Product Owners, Deployment Leads, breweries, hubs, and global teams
facilitating governance and agile ceremonies (deployment reviews, regional decision forums, etc.)
building and maintaining deployment and value performance dashboards
tracking progress against KPIs, milestones, and benefit realization targets
managing risks, issues, and resource constraints, ensuring fast escalation and resolution
providing regular portfolio and deployment reporting to senior leadership and top management
standardizing deployment toolkits, templates, and best practices across all regions
supporting capability building of Deployment Leads by contributing to skill matrices and maturity improvements
driving transparent communication and alignment across global stakeholders.
You are a good candidate if you have:
university degree / Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within complex, global environments
strong experience running PMO governance and structured deployment/rollout management
solid understanding of P3M (Portfolio, Program, Project Management) frameworks and Agile ways of working
experience in value tracking, KPI management, and benefit realization
strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership
excellent communication skills and executive presence
fluent English.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
experience in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
understanding of brewery or shopfloor operations
ability to balance global standardization with regional customization needs.
