Role Mission

Ensure proper coordination between Supply and Demand, Logistics, Quality Assurance and the customer, in order to deliver the highest level customer service.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
  • Day to day management of defined customer accounts for tasks such as; customer accounts set up and customer data management, raising to responsible department any availability issue that prevents to ship that particular material to the customers, product batch allocation, sales order process in SAP, communication of logistics organization for product delivery, product billing.
  • Responsible for product Knowledge, content of customer specifications and adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain communication with Customers/Sales Representatives in order to understand requirements and optimize service performance.
  • Initiates the customer complaint process and provides the details to Quality Assurance for futher investigation. Provides follow up with investigation findings.

  • One year of collage, technical school, or Associate`s degree accepted. Bachelor's degree in Administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 level) are essential.
  • SAP proficiency at user level is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical biologics industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to exhibit a proactive approach, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels within a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, demonstrating a strong work ethic and sound judgment in decision-making.
