Mission

Member of Global Commercial Technical Support Training Team based in Sant Cugat Offices, collaborating closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders. This position will interact with the CTS Team from different countries worldwide and distributors. Will also interact with other CTS Teams such as GRT, Trainers and suppliers.

What your responsibilities will be

• Content Development
  • Design digital educational content for online courses following the company guidelines.
  • Work with LMS platforms (Moodle, Successfactors Learning and similar)
  • Create challenges, simulations, gamified dynamics, and applied activities.
  • Produce and coordinate multimedia materials: videos, infographics, podcasts, animations, or H5P activities.
  • Ensure pedagogical coherence, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness in all materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and adapt content to different learning levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
• Training Coordination
  • Plan and schedule training sessions in collaboration with trainers and stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for training activities with our software.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to improve future sessions.
• Quality Assurance & Reporting
  • Review and update training materials regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Records and mantains the Training Material Database up to date on LSQM & Sharepoint
  • Collect and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness.
  • Report on training metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Optimize content for LMS platforms (Moodle, SCORM, etc.) and mobile devices.
  • Participate in creative sessions and review learning experiences.

Who you are

• Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-learning content creation.
• Ability to transform technical content into clear, didactic language.
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline,Rise), H5P, Canva, or similar.
• Knowledge of motivational dynamics, challenges, problem-based learning (PBL), or gamification.
• Valuable: experience with educational AI or instructional design using emerging technologies.
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced in English is a must.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
