Requirements

• To inspire and challenge pupils to unlock their full potential
• To promote the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment
• To create a lively, communicative atmosphere in class conducive to teaching and learning
• To effectively plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the relevant schemes of work
• To engage in oral and written dialogues with parents/guardians/carers to provide feedback about their child's progress
• To tactfully deal with behavioural issues in accordance with the school's policies
• To adhere to all school rules, procedures and practices, such as health and safety, data protection, equal opportunities, safeguarding, and pupils' well-being
• To promote the school in a positive light to the wider community
• To keep up-to-date with current educational policies and practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or Business Studies or Economics, or a similar field, which is recognised by The Cyprus Council of Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications (KY.S.A.T.S.)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
