We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Lemesos Campuses.

Requirements

• Implement admission strategies to attract prospective students
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
• Establish and monitor information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation
• Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
• Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
• Oversee the registration process to ensure it runs smoothly
• Track and present accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Plan, organise and represent the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days and information sessions
• Identify areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process
• Support any aspects / tasks related to Admissions & Marketing, as assigned by the Direct Report
• Acquire any other duties assigned by the Director and are related to the activities of the Admissions & Marketing Department

Minimum qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
• Proven experience as an Admissions Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
