ABOUT THE ROLE
- Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
- Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth.
- Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
- Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
