Mission
Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing & Market Access team as Marketing Disease Manager PAH to effectively lead, define and execute strategic initiatives in PAH products disease related. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, Pulmonary Vascular & Interstitial Lung Diseases, the Corporate Marketing Disease Manager leads the corporate brand strategy to be the point of reference in each market by meeting their needs and promoting collaborative work for the fulfillment of individual and collective objectives globally impacting on the company's value.

Responsibilities
Contribute as a key core function of the global PAH Disease Team by leading the development of the global marketing plan enabling cross-functional alignment and coordinated stakeholder engagement to ensure all key functions are represented in the global strategy and critical decision-making processes.
Co-lead the Pulmonary Rare Disease Franchise in partnership with the Marketing Team, driving a unified and strategic vision.
Accountable for overseeing brand performance by tracking progress against established targets, measuring and reporting the impact of planned activities through KPIs and ROI, and managing the implementation of the corporate marketing budget.
Identify and analyze global trends, brand positioning, and customer insights, defining key assumptions for sales forecasts and supporting markets in developing the most realistic estimates.
Compile and share market best practices to foster cross-country knowledge transfer.
Co-manage the global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to enhance scientific positioning and stakeholder engagement.
Support Business Development and International B2B teams in partner sublicensing processes and alliance management with licensors.
Act as a key reference for the preparation and execution of regular business reviews with external licensor partners, ensuring strategic alignment and serving as the main point of contact for the assigned disease brands at Ferrer.
Support local partners and affiliates in activities such as launch sequencing and planning, sharing best practices, franchise events, and promotional material development.

Requirements



What you'll need to succeed
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism. To excel as Marketing Disease Manager PAH at Ferrer, the ideal candidate should possess the following education, qualifications, and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science
Years of relevant work experience in marketing (brand or product management) in healthcare or life science industry
International experience and proven experience in speciality care products, rare disease experience is a plus
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
Proficiency level of English language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
