DXC Spain is currently looking for an Insurance IT Business Analyst to join our team and work on long‑term, strategic projects with highly relevant clients in the insurance sector, focused on Life Insurance (Risk and Savings).
Your role
- Analyze and understand, from a functional perspective, technological needs related to core insurance systems.
- Work closely on Life Risk and Life Savings insurance products and processes.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Produce clear functional documentation, including process diagrams, workflows, and use cases.
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate within a cross‑functional, multicultural, and international environment.
- Support testing, validation, and go‑live phases to ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as Insurance Business Analyst.
- Functional knowledge of the insurance domain, especially Life Insurance (risk and/or savings).
- Experience analyzing insurance products and business processes.
- High level of English, essential for working in international environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
- Experience in international or multi‑country projects (valued).
- Both actuarial and non‑actuarial profiles are valued, provided they have strong knowledge of the insurance sector.
