At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Process Consultantto join our great AdvisoryX team. Your mission will be to analyze, design, and improve end-to-end processes, aligning business and technology, and translating changes into requirements, documentation, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement/transformation projects.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum English B2/C1 (meetings and documentation).
  • High level of Catalan
  • On-site availability in Barcelona (hybrid model with actual presence when necessary).
  • Desirable: Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, Agile (Scrum).

Functions:

  • AS-IS mapping / TO-BE design (BPMN or similar).
  • Identification of pain points, efficiencies, automations, and controls.
  • Translation into functional requirements / user stories (if applicable).
  • Coordination with IT (architecture, development, QA) and business (operations).
  • Implementation support: UAT, training, transition to operations.
