What skills do you need?

Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay processes, ideally within multinational companies.
Solid understanding of financial controls and compliance environments (SOX is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with integrated systems.
Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Spanish and English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.
Experience participating in process improvement or systems implementation projects.

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team and help strengthen our global Purchase-to-Pay processes while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

Manage and support the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of Accounts Payable activities.
Prepare and review payment proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals prior to execution.
Process vendor registrations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements.
Maintain and regularly update the vendor master database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Execute and support SOX controls review, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.
Participate in system implementations and transformation projects, including SAP HANA.
Drive change management initiatives, documenting updates in policies, procedures, and internal documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Support and mentor Analysts and Junior Analysts, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
