Recruitment Specialist (Sales Profiles)

We are a telecommunications operator present in the Spanish market since 2008, offering fixed and mobile telephony and internet services, as well as television. We have our own high-performance fiber optic network that allows us to be leaders in internet access speed; focused on the residential segment, we have our own stores and a wide distribution network for the commercialization of our services throughout Spain.

We belong to the DIGI Communications Group with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Originating in Romania, where our main business is located, we are also present, in addition to Spain, in Portugal, Italy, and Belgium.

Job Description

We are looking to incorporate a recruitment specialist (sales profiles) to perform the following functions:

• Support in identifying the area's needs at a recruitment level
• Mass recruitment of sales profiles.
• Full management of the candidate during the selection process; both in recruitment tools (InfoJobs, lkdn, etc.) and in the company's CRM
• Direct communication with managers of the commercial area.
• Participation in employment fairs both locally and nationally
• Participation in cross-functional projects

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience performing mass profile recruitment.
• Responsible, committed, approachable, and practical.

Técnico/a de selección (perfiles comerciales)

Pertenecemos al Grupo DIGI Communications con más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector de las telecomunicaciones. Con origen en Rumanía, donde tenemos nuestro negocio principal, también estamos presentes, además de España, en Portugal, Italia y Bélgica.

Descripción de la oferta

Buscamos incorporar un/a técnico de seleccion (perfiles comerciales) para realizar las siguientes funciones:

• Apoyo en la identificación de necesidades del área a nivel de reclutamiento
• Seleccion de perfiles comerciales de forma masiva.
• Gestión integra del candidato durante el proceso de selección; tanto en las herramientas de reclutamiento (InfoJobs, lkdn, etc.) como en el CRM de la compañía
• Comunicación directa con los managers del área comercial.
• Participación en ferias de empleo tanto locales como a nivel nacional
• Participación en proyectos transversales

Requisitos del puesto

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año realizando selección de perfiles de forma masiva.
• Responsable, implicad@, cercan@ y práctico.
