Requirements
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship, university project, or academic exposure to accounting or finance is a plus, but not required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems or finance tools is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 minimum) and Spanish
- Availability for a full-time internship of 6-8 months

What You'll Do
- Support the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and assist with recording bank transactions
- Help respond to accounting-related queries from suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports
- Support project management, procurement, and other departments with finance-related requests
- Help process intercompany transactions and assist with account reconciliations
- Support VAT and Intrastat reporting activities under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist with weekly and monthly management reporting
- Participate in month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes
- Support internal and external audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance team projects
