- Strategic and operational vision, planning, analysis, and synthesis skills.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a cosmetics environment.

As part of the Financial team, we are looking for a Financial Controller
Main Responsibilities
Monitoring Results and Cost Analysis
- Track and interpret outcomes against the strategic and operational objectives (financial and qualitative performance) set by management.
- Analyze costs by type of activity, including products, services, and expenses (monitoring variances in results and risks).
- Assess the relevance of strategies, procedures, management tools, and their implementation.
Budget Forecasting and Planning
- Prepare budgets and forecast upcoming results.
- Conduct periodic budgetary control: gather and consolidate budgetary data across activities, analyze and anticipate budget variances, and monitor their evolution.
- Develop short-term budget planning (new expense commitments, budget compliance) and medium-term financial needs projections.
- Build forecast plans to ensure spending control.
Participation in Financial Closures
- Review and validate general and analytical accounting data, performing a global analysis (provisions, costs, cash flow).
- Reconcile accounting records with management reports.
- Monitor the profit and loss and balance sheets, particularly one-time expenses.
- Notify operational teams in case of budget overruns.
Management Reporting
- Monthly P&L alignment and control.
- Monthly reporting: sales and P&L (alerts and solutions).
- Produce detailed activity reports and performance dashboards.
- Draft economic analyses, budget management summaries, and forecasts.
- Prepare long-term financial statements based on operational results.
Team Support and Corrective Action Proposals
- Collaborate with managers and operational staff to define budget optimization solutions.
- Lead action plans and collaborative projects (support change management, communicate on best practices, cybersecurity risks, fraud risks).
