The Position
This role requires proactive communication and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective coordination. The individual will actively assess business questions and provide well-founded recommendations based on accurate and meaningful data interpretation. In addition, the role is responsible for generating insights across products in both primary care and specialty care. The goal is to equip internal stakeholders with valuable perspectives and a deeper understanding of targeted markets, consumers, and patients. The position also includes guiding or challenging team members on how to effectively apply appropriate initiatives and solutions-including how to better evaluate performance to address business inquiries. Finally, the role is accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables produced by third party agencies.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Publish monthly summary report including market trend, channel dynamics, company performance, product performance and important market intelligences
- Search and screen market information from the secondary data sources such as NHIRD, and syndicated report, etc. to actively identify emerging trends and raise alerts
- Propose the proper primary market research to answer business questions, identify customer needs and scan the market
- Manage and enhance the quality provided market research agents, including fieldwork execution, questionnaire design, data analysis, pricing and project management
- Collaborate with cross functions based the business needs including the stage of product launch and brand planning
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in social sciences, statistics or commercial related.
- At least 5 years experience in market research and business analysis in the healthcare industry required.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to organize and complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Effective collaborator and a persuasive team player.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point is required. Good verbal communication skills
- Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools(tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights is a plus
