What will you do?

Buscamos un/a AI & ML Associate Developer con un perfil híbrido entre la ingeniería de datos y la inteligencia artificial. En el equipo de Digital Business, no solo analizamos información; construimos sistemas inteligentes que actúan sobre ella.

Tu rol será fundamental para conectar el vasto ecosistema de datos de Barceló Hotel Group con las capacidades de la IA Generativa. Si te manejas con soltura entre consultas SQL complejas y scripts de Python, y tienes hambre por aplicar modelos de lenguaje para resolver problemas de negocio reales, esta es tu oportunidad para crecer en el equipo más innovador de la compañía.

Funciones principales

• Pipeline de Datos para IA: Diseño y ejecución de flujos de datos (ETL/ELT) utilizando SQL y Python para alimentar modelos de IA y sistemas de RAG.

• Ingeniería de RAG & Embeddings: Creación de bases de datos vectoriales a partir de fuentes de datos estructuradas y no estructuradas.

• Automatización con LLMs: Desarrollo de scripts y microservicios en Python que orquestan llamadas a APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic) para automatizar tareas de negocio.

• Calidad y Validación del Dato: Implementación de tests para asegurar que los datos que alimentan a la IA son precisos, íntegros y seguros.

• Analítica Avanzada: Apoyo en la extracción de insights mediante SQL para medir el impacto real de las soluciones de IA implementadas.

Requisitos Indispensables: Tu "Toolbox"

Buscamos a un perfil con una base técnica sólida y ganas de especializarse:

• Dominio de SQL: Eres capaz de navegar por modelos de datos complejos, hacer joins eficientes y entender la estructura de un Data Warehouse.

• Python Fluido: Te sientes cómodo programando lógica de negocio, consumiendo APIs y manipulando datos (Pandas, JSON, etc.).

• Pasión por la GenAI: No solo usas la IA, quieres saber cómo funciona. Entiendes conceptos como Context Window, Tokens y Temperature.

• Mentalidad de Resolución de Problemas: Ante un error en el código o un dato inconsistente, tienes la autonomía para investigar la causa raíz.

Se valorará (Tu ventaja competitiva)

• Experiencia con frameworks de IA como LangChain o LlamaIndex.

• Conocimiento de bases de datos vectoriales o búsqueda semántica.

• Familiaridad con entornos Cloud (Google Cloud, AWS o Azure).

• Proyectos personales donde hayas combinado datos reales con una API de IA.
