What will you do?
Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Eventos responsable de la coordinación operativa entre cliente, hotel y proveedores para asegurar la correcta ejecución de eventos (congresos, reuniones, ferias y eventos corporativos) en nuestros hoteles de la zona centro.
Las responsabilidades de la posición:
Coordinar todos los detalles operacionales del grupo (audios, montajes, menús, alergias, materiales, servicios...).
Recepción y revisión exhaustiva del expediente procedente de los MICE Sales Executive (revisión de bloqueos, proformas, tarifas, PMS, etc.)
Realización y cumplimiento de órdenes de servicio, contratando servicios auxiliares y procurando el servicio más cercano a lo solicitud del cliente.
Procesamiento de la información a través del PMS.
Coordinación entre el Cluster, el Hotel y las Empresas externas proveedoras de otros servicios.
Búsqueda de la maximización de ingresos, incluyendo upsellings y venta cruzada.
Hacer seguimiento posterior de la ejecución del evento: montaje, timings, coordinación de equipos y resolución de incidencias.
Control administrativo: revisar presupuestos, contratos, órdenes de compra.
What are we looking for?
• Formación: Grado en Turismo o similar. Muy valorable Máster en Gestión de Eventos.
• Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en coordinación de eventos. Muy valorable experiencia en eventos corporativos en hoteles.
• Idiomas: Inglés alto (B2/C1) hablado y escrito.
• Habilidades técnicas: Excel intermedio; experiencia con PMS/CRM o software de gestión de eventos; manejo de rooming lists y órdenes de servicio. Muy valorable Opera Cloud.
• Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
• Orientación a resultados.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad negociadora.
