Responsibilities: Assist the Team Leader to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs Provide all levels of support to partners and internal stakeholders to capture the business opportunities Develop and strengthen relationship with distribution partners and their referral sources to achieve agreed business plans Identify the needs and demands of individual partners to drive the sales Facilitate sales and case management with internal and external parties Facilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, complied and consistence business Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard Minimum Ensure full compliance with all applicable rules, guidelines, regulations in HNW sales and distribution Qualifications: University degree or above 5 to 8 years related insurance experience focusing on HNW business development, corporate sales, or marketing area - Private banking, wealth planner, tax advisory, or trustee experience is an advantage Experience in premium financing Familiar with HNW insurance market landscape Insurance licensed preferred Result orientated with emphasis on customer and quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Significant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness - Fluent in Chinese, Putonghua, and English About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
