Join our team as a Labor Relations Specialist - a key role in shaping a fair and compliant work environment at AXA Partners in Barcelona! What you'll be doing: Be at the core of our HR and legal teams, ensuring effective labor relations and compliance with regulations. Manage social dialogue with works councils, including participation and negotiations. Support negotiations and collective bargaining processes, including preparing proposals and legal documentation. Provide legal advice on HR topics such as hiring, dismissals, employment changes, mobility, and social security. Review employment contracts, collective agreements, and internal policies, drafting new clauses when necessary. Prepare and manage legal documents, reports, and submissions for judicial, administrative, and conciliation procedures. Liaise with external advisors and represent the company in conciliation acts, labor inspections, and hearings. Conduct legal and regulatory research, producing impact reports for the organization. Collaborate with HR and other departments on compliance projects and workforce management. Continuously update knowledge of labor legislation and relevant case law. Support HR Business Partners daily with issues like leave management, schedule adjustments, disciplinary procedures, and inquiries. Draft guides, policies, protocols, templates, and contractual annexes. Monitor labor compliance initiatives such as equality plans, pay registers, data protection, harassment protocols, and telework policies. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of Equality Plans. What you'll bring: A Law degree with 3-5 years of experience as a labor lawyer. Deep knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, equality, and diversity laws. Strong negotiation, communication, and drafting skills. Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in English and advanced skills in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
