Since January 1, 2014, the company has been part of the AXA ITALIA insurance group (registered in the Register of Insurance Groups with no. 041). https://www.axa-mpsfinancial.ie/ POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Accountable to manage all HR operational processes related to Hiring & Recruiting, Administration, Company costs and benefits, Reward Process, Learning and Development, Mobility, Company Diversity & Inclusion strategy, sustainability matters. As HR Professional, contribute to manage relationship with staff, Management, and all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct delivery of HR processes and strategy KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Implementing the Company's recruiting strategy by overseeing hiring process, coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants and performing reference checks. Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations. Conducting and analysing compensation surveys. Perform all operations to guarantee the correct HR personal data management, perform all duties to ensure proper HR costs and budget management. Support the deliverable of Benefits and Reward processes. Support HR Manager in overseeing Company and HR policies, drafting contract of employments and all the relevant HR documents. Support HR Manager to ensure and manager relationship with relevant HR third parties and HR providers (i.e., external recruiting sources; engagement, training and development service companies; HR tool suppliers; etc) Support the team to deliver Company Development and Learning plan by collecting training needs, organizing Company training events and initiatives, implementing mandatory training plan in co-working with IT & Compliance. Support HR team in implementing Company Diversity & Inclusion agenda, organizing ad hoc initiatives in co-working with Corporate Responsibility committee; launching inclusion surveys and D&I communication campaigns. Support HR team in implementing Company sustainability agenda by organizing initiatives, sponsoring Group and Company campaigns, co-work with Corporate Responsibility committee to launch ad-hoc activities on climate and sustainability matters Co work with Finance team to deliver payroll processes and managing all benefits costs administration for AMF Staff Other activities as directed from time to time by HR & Logistics Manager and CEO KEY CUSTOMERS Internal: AMF CEO AMF Senior Management AMF Middle Managers AMF Finance Team External: Axa Italy HR Functions Axa Italy HRBP Team Axa Group HR HR Service Providers Irish Revenue Commissioners Recruiting Companies Training and Learning companies Supplier Companies PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Qualifications: Master's degree in human resource management Humanistic-Economic-Legal degree program Knowledge: Employment legislation (European/Irish Regulation) Office Suite IT systems & ATS Web/Internet Relevant HR metrics and processes Irish tax legislation Skills: Excellent written and oral communication Presentation skills Problem solving skills Influencing skills Proven project management skills. analytical skills Strong Negotiations WHAT MAKE US UNIQUE At AXA MPS Financial we are committed to creating a positive and motivating work environment.
