Accountabilities:
- Insightful Analytics Delivery: Build reproducible analytics with SQL, Python, R, Databricks, and Power BI to produce actionable insights across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Scenario Modelling and Decision Support: Run data modelling and scenario analysis that informs inventory, capacity, sourcing, and logistics decisions with measurable business outcomes.
- Agentic AI Development: Use Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataiku, and Copilot Studio to automate exception handling and deliver intelligent, agentic AI solutions that guide next-best actions.
- Data Product Translation: Translate business needs into scalable data products, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision tools that improve decision-making and adoption.
- Data Quality Stewardship: Establish and maintain robust metadata, lineage, access controls, and standards so stake holders trust and reuse data with confidence.
- Business Analysis and Adoption: Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stake holder alignment to ensure solutions land well and deliver value.
- Delivery Coordination: Manage dependencies and coordinate delivery across teams, moving from pilot to scale reliably and on time.
- Transformation Impact: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen efficiency, communication, and operational excellence-start by stabilizing critical dashboards, then evolve to enterprise-grade products that uplift performance globally.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Deliver high quality analytics and insights across end to end supply chain functions by applying solid skills in data analysis, business analysis, and automation to solve operational challenges and improve decision making.
- Develop reproducible analytics using SQL, Python, R, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Perform data modelling, scenario analysis, and insight generation.
- Ensure data quality through effective stewardship of metadata, lineage, access controls, and standards.
- Translate business needs into scalable data products, dashboards, and AI enabled decision tools.
- Use Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataiku, and Copilot Studio to automate processes and build intelligent, agentic AI solutions for exception handling and next best action support.
- Strong BA skills-requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stake holder alignment.
- Close collaboration across planning, procurement, operations, logistics, and finance.
- Coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, drive solution adoption, and support transformation initiatives that strengthen efficiency, communication, and operational excellence while deepening your technical and supply chain expertise.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences supply chain analytics.
- Expertise with Azure data services, Delta Lake, and enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, optimization, simulation, or forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP, planning and logistics systems, and master data management.
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD for analytics (Git, DevOps) and test automation.
- Strong data storytelling, dashboard UX, and guiding transitions to drive adoption.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance in regulated environments.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience.
