We are looking for an Specialist QA Automation Engineer for the Euro Office Performance Group (Server Development) team: 

What we'd like to see

• Automated Suite Generation: Use AI to rapidly "prompt" end-to-end (E2E) test cases into existence. You don't write selectors manually; you use AI to analyze the UI and generate robust, self-healing tests.
• Bot Swarm Orchestration: Maintain and run "Headless Bot" clusters that simulate complex user behavior (multi-user typing, heavy spreadsheet calculations) to stress-test the sync logic.
• Regression Maintenance: Use AI to automatically update test suites when the UX/UI Modernizers change the interface, ensuring our "Green Build" status is never lost to brittle tests.
• Continuous Monitoring: Analyze test logs and performance traces using LLMs to identify the "Root Cause" of failures across the JS/C++ bridge.
