Summary

Within Outpayce, our payments business, the Business Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving robust financial governance, strategic cost planning, and portfolio decision-making.

You will lead business unit cost planning processes, ensure strong alignment between strategy, resources, and financial outcomes, and act as a key contributor to Lean Portfolio Management while partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you will

  • Lead end-to-end cost planning cycles including Budget, LTP, Forecasts, and Resource Planning
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans and targets
  • Own Business Operations Portfolio (BOP/BPOP) governance and ensure alignment with strategy
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Strategy, Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams
  • Identify efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
  • Support Strategic Portfolio Reviews, EPIC framing, and investment prioritization
  • Maintain portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting

About Ideal candidate

  • Master's degree in finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Corporate Finance, or Business Planning
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management or SAFe is a plus
  • Strong financial planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
