Mission
Provide local marketing support to the Central Nervous System (CNS) Business Unit, contributing to the development, execution, and follow‑up of key brand initiatives.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and the commercial / field team to support daily marketing activities.
- Support the creation, adaptation, and review of promotional materials, including CLM content, brochures, leave‑behinds, training materials, and other deliverables.
- Manage the approval process of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the preparation, organization, and distribution of materials to the commercial team.
- Collaborate with promotional, medical, and communication agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of key messages and communication points together with the Brand Manager.
- Assist in the coordination of digital initiatives in partnership with the digital team and external providers.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings, supporting communication needs across the BU.
- Foster alignment between marketing, medical, commercial, and other departments to ensure effective collaboration.
- Participate actively in projects, bringing ideas, supporting innovation, and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Marketing is strongly preferred.
- Additional training in digital marketing is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience (internship or similar) in pharmaceutical marketing or commercial roles, especially with prescription products, will be valued.
- Experience supporting marketing operations, digital projects, or creation of promotional materials is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid command of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with digital tools is an advantage.
- Interest in digital marketing, innovation, and patient‑centered approaches.
- Proactive, collaborative, and team‑oriented mindset.
