About the Job
As a SAPS/4 Group Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting customizations to support Allianz's consolidated financial close and external reporting under IFRS. You will support the global template for group consolidation and reporting, standardize processes across entities, and ensure data quality, control effectiveness, and audit readiness. Partnering closely with Allianz Group Finance you will steer solution roadmaps, oversee release upgrades, and guide enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and transparency of group results. You will also support rollouts and migrations, integrate data from source systems, and enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting for stakeholders.
What You Do
- Contribute to SAP Group Reporting projects, including OE onboardings, system upgrades, and process enhancements.
- Support the rollout of ERP Integration and Data Release features, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Manage and optimize integrations and interfaces such as CIM, Drupal, and BW, maintaining an end-to-end perspective.
- Provide functional support by writing specifications, conducting testing, and documenting custom developments.
- Drive JIRA workflows, release management, and transport processes to ensure efficient system operations.
- Evaluate and implement release upgrades and new features, ensuring continuous system optimization and alignment with business needs.
- Support Allianz Group Accounting as well as Subgroup Accounting teams during month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on expertise in customizing SAP, preferably Consolidation module, ERP integration, and supporting critical finance and reporting processes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Group Reporting beneficial
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Business analytical thinking combined with customization solution orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Working efficiently in an agile set-up; mastering JIRA and Confluence
- Take responsibility and drive topics proactively
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
