About the Role
Join our team as a Health & Safety Administrator supporting the Malabar Systems Alliance. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about contributing to safety outcomes on a major NSW infrastructure program.
About the Project
The Malabar Systems Alliance delivers upgrades to Liverpool & Glenfield's Wastewater Treatment Plants, improving system capacity, environmental performance, and long‑term reliability. The project focuses on modernising treatment processes, implementing advanced technology, and supporting Sydney's growing wastewater infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team across day‑to‑day activities.
Assist with onboarding, inductions, competency tracking and training record maintenance.
Update, maintain and organise safety documentation, registers and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate safety meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
Support incident reporting, data entry and the management of corrective actions.
Ensure documentation is filed and stored in alignment with internal governance requirements.
Assist with preparing safety packs, communications and weekly reports.
Required Skills and Competencies
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
Strong organisation and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office and digital document management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and adapt to changing priorities.
