The Work:

We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Manager, you will be expected to drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and actively participate in business development efforts.

A typical project might include the following activities:

• Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.

• Managing client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs.

• Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture's methodologies, assets, and tools.

• Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement strategies.

• Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs.

• Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods.

• Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.

• Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Here's What You Need:

• 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.

• Minimum bachelor's degree.

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.

• Proficiency in at least one other language.

• For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.

• Experience with analytics is an asset.

• Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.

• Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.

• Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
