Your work:In the Iberia market unit, you will work for our top clients, developing their Data and AI strategy, bringing new offerings and opportunities to grow our applied intelligence business.

Your role:What responsibilities will you have?

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's or MBA degree.

• Proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral).

• Minimum of 6-7 years in transformation programs

Requirements:

• Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.

• Experience in the modernization and transformation of information systems.

• Knowledge of operational and management processes in the public sector, and their implementation within information systems.

• Ability to lead the integration of Data & AI solutions into operational processes, ensuring business adoption.

• Experience developing comprehensive Transformation Program Plans, including Future Technology Maps and Change Management Plans.

The position is based in Barcelona in a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
