We are an early-stage B2B company in the outsourcing space, growing fast and building a steady inbound pipeline through content. The product is already live, and we now need consistent, high-quality blog content that explains complex topics clearly and brings qualified traffic. This role is fully focused on execution - writing, scaling, and improving content output using modern AI workflows.
Write and publish SEO-focused blog articles (2-4 per week)
Create long-form, structured content around outsourcing, operations, and tech-related topics
Translate complex, technical ideas into clear, readable content
Build scalable content workflows using AI tools (research, outlining, drafting, editing)
Repurpose articles into supporting formats (email, short-form summaries)
Optimize existing blog content based on performance data
Work with internal team to extract insights and turn them into articles
Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and publishing cadence
Proven experience in B2B content marketing (blog-first focus)
Strong writing and editing skills in English
Ability to work with technical and operational topics (outsourcing, processes, systems)
Solid understanding of SEO (search intent, structure, keyword usage)
Experience with AI copywriting tools (Claude or similar)
Ability to build efficient AI-assisted content workflows
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, or similar)
Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
