We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist - Digital Marketing to lead and execute Xsolla GCR (Greater China Region) digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving scalable growth, qualified lead generation, and brand visibility through performance-focused digital channels, while ensuring strong local market relevance and cultural alignment across all digital touchpoints.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO/SEM strategies across Baidu, Google, and Bing to drive high-quality traffic and leads.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across search, display, and social platforms to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Own official website localization and civilization, ensuring content, messaging, UX, and conversion paths are aligned with local market behavior, language preferences, and cultural context.
  • Collaborate with global teams to localize global campaigns, landing pages, and product messaging for the GCR market while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Oversee social media operations, including content planning, publishing, and performance analysis across regional platforms.
  • Lead social media content localization and civilization, transforming global content into locally relevant narratives that resonate with regional audiences and industry stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute webinars and online events as demand-generation, thought leadership, and product education channels for the local market.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and regional growth priorities.
