Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an influencer marketing role with extensive experience working directly with influencers and streamers.
  • Passion for gaming and experience identifying partnerships and best practices for gaming influencers at a global level across streaming and content platforms.
  • Direct experience with gaming publishers, products, and expertise in mobile and video game established and rising influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of gamers and influencers across Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands.
  • Data-driven with experience setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Experience working with and/or managing influencer marketing agencies from the RFP process through execution and wrap report.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, gaming, or technology sectors.

ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creator Success Manager (China) to lead and expand our influencer marketing strategy in the region. This role is responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple content platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the China digital landscape, social media trends, and influencer partnerships, as well as a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a network of top-tier content creators and social media influencers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with creators and influencers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, fees, and expectations with creators and influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and PR teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Liaise with internal Business Development, Legal, Design, Product, and Account Management teams on creator and influencer partnership strategies and opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community to provide ongoing recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work with brand marketing on consumer-facing influencer collateral and develop action plans to address the needs of our influencer networks.
  • Define performance goals, create rosters, track conversions, and measure influencer performance success.
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with existing influencer partners while actively identifying, sourcing, and negotiating new influencer partnerships and content opportunities.
  • Monitor and adjust partnership strategies in accordance with best practices and relevant trends.
  • Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy in China to drive brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and creator user acquisition
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and regional nuances in content consumption and engagement.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget for China, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
