For this role, you'll be working with 123inkt, a name everyone in the Netherlands knows when it comes to printers and office supplies.
You'll be the voice on the phone that:

• Helps customers improve their orders

• Introduces them to the home brand

• Goes the extra mile so everyone wins
  

What will you actually do?

• Call existing Portuguese-speaking customers (warm calls only)

• Advise them on printers, toners, cartridges, and office supplies

• Convert orders to home brand products where it makes sense

• Spot upsell opportunities (more volume, better deals, smart bundles)

• Collaborate with your team to ensure every order goes smoothly and correctly
  

No aggressive sales.
